Fumika Mohri
2012年、第8回ソウル国際音楽コンクールにて、日本人として初めて、最年少で優勝。2015年、第54回パガニーニ国際ヴァイオリンコンクールにて第2位、エリザベート王妃国際音楽コンクール2015にて第6位入賞。2019年、モントリオール国際音楽コンクール第3位入賞。これまでに、川崎市アゼリア輝賞、横浜文化賞文化・芸術奨励賞、京都・青山音楽賞新人賞、ホテルオークラ音楽賞を受賞。
ソリストとして、読売日響、神奈川フィル、東京フィル、東京響、群馬響、大阪フィル、大阪響、ブリュッセルフィル、クレメラータ・バルティカ、ヨーロッパ室内管など、国内外のオーケストラと共演を重ねるほか、サー・アンドラーシュ・シフ、アブデル・ラーマン・エル＝バシャ、タベア・ツィンマーマン、堤剛、今井信子、伊藤恵などの著名なアーティストとの共演も数多い。また、宮崎国際音楽祭、武生国際音楽祭、NHK-BSプレミアム「クラシック倶楽部」、NHK-FM「リサイタル・パッシオ」、イタリア・チェルヴォ音楽祭、クロンベルクアカデミー・フェスティバル、ラ・フォル・ジュルネ、シャネル・ピグマリオン・デイズ、東京・春・音楽祭等に出演。録音は、2023年6月にナクソスより『サン＝ジョルジュ：ヴァイオリン協奏曲集 第3集』をリリース。
ヴァイオリンを田尻かをり、水野佐知香、原田幸一郎、ミハエラ・マルティンの各氏に師事。桐朋学園大学音楽学部ソリストディプロマコース、及び洗足学園音楽大学アンサンブルアカデミー修了。慶應義塾大学文学部卒業。ドイツ・クロンベルクアカデミーを経て、ケルン音楽大学を最高点の成績で修了。
楽器は日本音楽財団より、1717年製のストラディヴァリウス「サセルノ」を貸与されている。

Fumika Mohri
Fumika Mohri was born in Japan in 1994 and began playing the violin at the age of three. She was taught by Kaori Tajiri and Sachika Mizuno and studied with Koichiro Harada at the Toho Gakuen School of Music and also with Mihaela Martin at the Kronberg Academy and Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln.
In 2012 Fumika Mohri won the first prize in the Seoul International Music Competition, becoming the youngest ever and very first Japanese first-prize winner in the history of the competition. In 2015 she won the second prize in the Premio Paganini International Violin Competition and the sixth prize in the Queen Elisabeth International Music Competition. In 2019 she won the third prize in the Montreal International Music Competition.
As a soloist, Fumika Mohri has performed with major orchestras such as the Yomiuri Nippon Symphony Orchestra, Tokyo Symphony Orchestra, Osaka Philharmonic Orchestra, Brussels Philharmonic, Kremerata Baltica and Chamber Orchestra of Europe. And she has collaborated with eminent artists including Sir András Schiff, Abdel Rahman El Bacha, Ilya Gringolts, Nobuko Imai, Tabea Zimmermann, Frans Helmerson and Tsuyoshi Tsutsumi. She released “Saint-Georges: Violin Concertos Op.2 & 7” from NAXOS in June 2023.
Fumika plays the 1717 “Sasserno” Stradivarius violin on loan from the Nippon Music Foundation.
